At least 31 people were arrested for possessing drugs in two unlicensed bars in Hong Kong, police said Saturday.
Hong Kong police seized drugs worth over 640,000 HK dollars (about 82,580 dollars), that includes more than 130 tablets of Class A drugs, from two unlicensed bars on Minden Avenue and Carnavon Road, Xinhua reported.
A number of weapons were also seized, police said.
A drug trafficking conviction carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and a five million HK dollars fine.
