The AAP on Saturday announced 89 more candidates for the upcoming Delhi civic body polls in its second list.
The list of candidates included 34 for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, 14 for the East Delhi Municipal Corporation and 41 for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
Last month, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had formed a 10-member screening committee to pick nominees for the 272 municipal wards in the national capital.
The committee, which includes party's Delhi convener Dilip Pandey, Health Minister Satyendar Jain, Water Minister Kapil Mishra and all seven Vice Presidents of the Delhi unit, had shortlisted the names of two-three candidates from each ward out of which the party's Political Affairs Committee (PAC) finalised 89 candidates.
The AAP had on February 24 released its first list of 109 candidates after a month-long selection process.
