AAP legislator from Narela Sharad Chauhan was questioned by the Crime Branch on Wednesday over party worker Soni's suicide, police said.
"Our team has questioned Aam Aadmi Party legislator in the case," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) Ravinder Yadav told IANS.
Soni allegedly committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance at her house in outer Delhi's Narela village on July 19.
Earlier during the day, the police arrested AAP volunteer Ramesh Wadhwa on charge of harassing Soni.
Wadhwa was arrested by the Crime Branch, which took over the case from local police after Soni allegedly committed suicide on July 19.
Soni, mother of two daughters, left behind a self-shot WhatsApp video in which she claimed "I was denied justice".

According to police, in her video clip the woman accused Wadhwa, Amit Kumar and Rajni Kanth of torturing her to withdraw a sexual harassment complaint she filed against Wadhwa on June 2.
Wadhwa was arrested on June 3 but granted bail the very next day.
The case was registered under Sections 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code, police said.
In her police complaint, Soni had alleged that Wadhwa harassed her continuously and asked for sexual favours. She even raised the matter within the party but no action was taken against him, she said.
