The AAP Monday released the first of its election manifestoes for the capital, promising a Delhi University campus in northeast Delhi.
Anand Kumar, a former academic, is the party's candidate from northeast Delhi, one of the seven Lok Sabha constituencies.
He said the northeast district was a vulnerable area where people "feel betrayed and neglected" due to issues of poor governance.
Kumar said the central government had sanctioned Rs.125 crore for the development of the constituency but the Delhi government failed to use it for development.
The AAP, which ruled Delhi for 49 days in December-February, will also release a national manifesto.
