Out to woo different sections of society in Punjan, the AAP on Wednesday released its manifesto for government employees, promising to implement the new Pay Commission and resolve the pay parity issues.

"Government employees of the state are important part of government. Keeping in mind their demands, the party has launched a manifesto addressing their demands," Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and manifesto committee head Kanwar Sandhu told media here.

He said that the AAP government will regularise all contractual employees in the state and a committee will be formed to review minimum wages.

He said that "Old Pension Scheme", stopped in 2004 by the Congress government, will be revived.

The employees of all boards and corporations will get pension from public exchequer, like other government employees, Sandhu said.

He said that the AAP will implement a transparent transfer policy for government employees with focus on zero corruption and no political interference.

The AAP had earlier released separate manifestos for youth, farmers and trade and industry.
