"True Lies" actor Tom Arnold has become a father for the second time.
The "Sin City Saints" actor and wife Ashley welcomed daughter Quinn Sophie on Friday afternoon, reports people.com.
"Our second miracle has arrived and she is perfect," said Arnold said, who also has a two-year-old son named Jax with Ashley.
The 56-year-old actor has been married three times before, and had been vocal about his struggles to father a child because of his low sperm count.
