Singer Sharon Osbourne was in trouble after a contestnat, John Johnson, called the police and accused her of an assault during "The X Factor" auditions.

Osbourne was left fuming and threw a pen at Johnson, who mimicked her husband Ozzy and said "You think Ozzy can sing?", after getting rejected for his performance during Britain's singing show "The X Factor" auditions, reports thesun.co.uk.

The singer fired back at the participant and said: "Don't you talk about my f***ing husband. Get him out of my f***ing room."

Johnson failed to impress judges Osbourne, Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger during the Manchester auditions after singing Elvis Presley's "An American Trilogy".

He called in cops and claimed that Osbourne's vile behaviour had given him nightmares and the pen could have knocked his eye out.

However, the police will just issue a notice to the judges to keep their behaviour in check and won't press any charges.
