National passenger carrier Air India's revenue during the last fiscal provisionally grew by 2.24 percent at Rs.19,514 crore from Rs.19,093 crore in 2013-14.
"There has been a consistent improvement in the revenue earned as well as the financial position of Air India over the past few years," minister of state (MoS) for civil aviation Mahesh Sharma informed the Lok Sabha in a written reply on Monday.
The minister further informed parliament during question hour that the national passenger carrier has entered into 14 code sharing agreements with foreign airlines.
