All officials are safe, said the external affairs ministry Saturday following a blast near the Indian consulate in Jalalabad in Afghanistan.
The ministry is in touch with the officials.
"Explosion in front of India's Consulate in Jalalabad. MEA in touch with officials. All officials are safe," tweeted Syed Akbaruddin, official spokesperson, ministry of external affairs.
