Immediately following the Security Council consultations on North Korea recent missile launches on Wednesday morning, Haley joined a joint stakeout with Ambassador Koro Bessho, Permanent Representative of Japan to the UN, and Ambassador Cho Tae-yul, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the UN.
