Actor Allu Arjun, who received flak from his fans following an online video in which he is seen skipping a drunk-and-drive test and arguing with policemen, says he took the test and was let go.
The 25-second video in which Arjun is seen arguing with the police and then leaving, was leaked online late Monday evening.
Arjun has taken to social networking website Facebook to explain his stance on the matter.
"Regarding the police stopping my car video, this is what happened that night. The police did ask me to blow into the breath analyzer, but I said I was a little uncomfortable with all the cameras at me. Once they were taken away, I did take the test and was let go by the police," Arjun posted on his Facebook page Tuesday morning.
"It's very disrespectful to see one of the media groups to leak the video and to (have) it edited in such wrong pattern," he said.
Requesting to stop this "negative propaganda", he said that the police won't spare anyone.

"I don't think Hyderabad police will leave anyone, caught drunk driving without proper action," he added.
The video became a web sensation because it released few days after Arjun featured in a short film called "I Am That Change", about being responsible citizens of the country.
