Smartphones sexier that sex? A new survey says so.

Just 20 percent of Americans say they can't live without sex - a figure much less than those who think they would die without their smart phone, revealed a poll conducted by Harris Interactive - one of the world's leading market research firms.

A small fraction of people believe they need their spouse more than their car, study found.

A massive 86 percent of people believe gadgets have improved their lives while 69 percent think technology enhances their social life, added the poll.

Just 45 percent of people thought they couldn't live without their spouse.

Sex still beats social media, though. Just seven percent said they can not live without social networking in their lives.
