Anant Raj Group develops affordable housing in Neemrana

Real estate firm Anant Raj Group on Thursday said it has developed 2,500 affordable homes at Neemrana, in Rajasthan.

According to the domestic real estate and infrastructure development firm, the construction of affordable homes is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "housing for all".

"The company has gradually expertised in development of affordable homes and will soon be launching a number of affordable homes projects in parts of India with plans to develop almost 100,000 affordable homes over the next five to seven years," Amit Sarin, director of Anant Raj Group was quoted in a statement.

"The company plans to use pre-cast construction technology in achieving this target of providing affordable homes."

 

The company elaborated that the new project "Anant Raj Aashray", has a standard 450 square feet design and a launch price of less than Rs.9 lakhs per unit.

The new dwelling scheme has been erected at "RIICO Industrial Area", Neemrana, in Rajasthan.

The project encompasses a self-sufficient complex including provisions of play areas, community halls, daily need stores, and parking areas built within.

Furthermore, the housing complex comes with a critical power backup, round the clock security, proper maintenance service and 60 percent green area.
