Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governor E.S.L. Narasimhan performed yoga at a programme held here on Sunday as part of the International Yoga Day celebrations.
The governor, his wife Vimla Narasimhan, officials and staff members of Raj Bhavan performed various yoga asanas at the programme held at Raj Bhavan.
Speaking on the occasion, Narasimhan said everybody should make yoga a habit and part of daily routine. He said that yoga helps in overcoming stress and bring discipline and balance in the life.
The common governor of the two Telugu states revealed that he recently started practicing yoga and urged all to make it a habit.
