A group of people in Australia, who went to pay their respects to the Sydney cafe siege victims Friday shouted anti-Islam slogans here, media reported.

Four men waving Australian and Southern Cross flags shouted slogans including "Islam is evil" and "not all cultures are equal -- Islam is inferior", the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

They also accused Muslims of being "murderers" and supporting female genital mutilation.

The group bore signs proclaiming: "Muslim terrorists not wanted here -- neither are their leftist supporters", "Tony Abbott - Will you protect us from multiculturalism?" and "We didn't start the fire!"

The tribute was organised by the Party for Freedom, which calls for an end to Muslim immigration and "state-sanctioned multiculturalism".

The Party for Freedom is Australia's newest political party dedicated to building a patriotic conservative alternative to the major 'treasonous' political parties.

The Sydney hostage crisis earlier this week left three people, including the hostage-taker, dead.
