'Arundhati' Sonu Sood's most difficult film (Movie Snippets) (With Image)

Mumbai, April 17 (IANS) Remembering his 2009 Telugu blockbuster "Arundhati", actor Sonu Sood said he had a tough time shooting for the film.

He posted a still from "Arundhati" on his Twitter page and wrote: "Must admit the most difficult shoot of my career till date. Shot for 70 hours once."

"I was supposed to shoot for 30 days but shot for 160 days over a period of two years for 'Arundhati'. Must admit every second spent was worth," the 39-year-old further tweeted.

The fantasy film, written and directed by Kodi Ramakrishna, also featured Anushka Shetty in the female lead. It received positive reviews and became one of the highest grossing Telugu films of the year.

It's working birthday for Siddharth

Actor Siddharth turns a year older Wednesday and he is away from his family.

"Thank you for the wishes. 34 years old today (Wednesday). Far away from my family and my loved ones. Shooting on my birthday. Can't wait to get home," tweeted the actor.

Siddharth, who made a promising debut in Bollywood with Aamir Khan starrer "Rang De Basanti" in 2006, was last seen in David Dhawan's "Chashme Baddoor" with co-stars Ali Zafar and Divyendu Sharma.

Charlie Chaplin a genius: Amitabh Bachchan

Applauding the legendary filmmaker Charlie Chaplin's creative acumen, megastar Amitabh Bachchan says he was a genius and there could be no one like him.

The world celebrated 123rd birth anniversary of Charlie Chaplin, British comic actor and filmmaker who rose to fame in the silent era with films like "The Lion's Cage", "The Circus" and "The gold Rush", Tuesday.

"It's the great Charlie Chaplin's birth anniversary... no one before none after," tweeted the 70-year-old.

"Chaplin...the name and the word exposes, genius. Yet for long he and his works had attracted, world wide, an entire population of admirers. And still does... So what was it that brought that imagery or desire together. Ek aur Sonami," he posted on his blog srbachchan.tumblr.com.

Charlie Chaplin died in 1977. He was 88.
