Atletico Madrid's newly-signed French striker Kevin Gameiro is suffering from an injury to his left thigh, and has already begun therapy treatment with alternative training, according to the capital football club.
Gameiro had a scan and the report has confirmed that he sustained an overload to the left thigh, it was announced on Wednesday, reports Efe.
The 29-year-old may be unable to train during the next few days with the rest of his teammates.
