Atletico Madrid on Friday confirmed their participation for a pre-season friendly competition in Germany, along with Bundesliga's Bayern Munich and English side Liverpool.
The biennial four-team Audi Cup will be held on August 1-2. The participation of a fourth side has yet to be decided, reports Efe.
Barcelona won the tournament in 2011, while their compatriot Real Madrid lost the 2015 final to Bayern Munich.
