Singer Austin Mahone has denied reports that he is dating singer-actress Selena Gomez.
The 17-year-old said that he finds Gomez "really cool" and that they just "hang out".
"Were just friends. She's really cool...I mean, I think she's really pretty but every time I'm in L.A., she's like, 'Hey you're in L.A., lets hang out," people.com quoted Mahone as saying.
A source close to the two also confirmed that they were not dating.
"Maybe they are more than just friends but they are certainly not dating," said the source.
