There will be no big matches in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey as the top three football clubs dodged meeting each other, according to the results of the draw on Friday.
According to the draw, Barcelona will meet Real Sociedad, while Real Madrid will face Celta Vigo, Atletico Madrid against Eibar and finally Alcorcon will play Alaves, reports Efe.
The first leg matches will be held on January 18 and 19, while the second leg is on January 25 and 26.
Barcelona, current champions of the Copa del Rey and record winners of the competition (28 times), are aiming for their third consecutive title, while Real Madrid are hoping for their 20th title and first since 2014.
Meanwhile, Atletico will try to lift the cup for the 11th time.
