Actress Kate Beckinsale, known for a toned body, is dedicated to yoga sessions, says her instructor Mandy Ingber.
"She has great genetics and a great attitude and is very in touch with her body," eonline.com quoted Ingber as saying.
"I started training with Kate four years ago and now it's the only exercise she likes other than hiking," she added.
As for some of her best poses, Ingber says that Beckinsale can do a dancer's pose, among others.
"Kate is also great at warrior three pose, which tones the glutes, inner thighs and calves, as well as chair pose and half moon pose. These are all balancing exercises that use a lot of muscles...," she said.
