Celta Vigo coach Eduardo Berizzo and Sevilla's defender Steven N'Zonzi were named as La Liga's best coach and footballer for January.
Under the leadership of Berizzo, Celta Vigo won three matches out of four in January, in which the team scored on six occasions and conceded only two goals, reports Efe.
The Argentine manager also led the team to the semi-finals of the Cop del Rey after eliminating Real Madrid.
Villarreal's coach Fran Escriba was the winner of the monthly award in December.
As for N'Zonzi, the Frenchman was one of Sevilla's key pillars in defence and midfield that helped the Andalusian side secure a place among the league's top three.
The 28-year-old said receiving this award was like a dream and expressed his happiness at playing for Sevilla, which extended his contract until 2020.
