Force India test driver Bianchi claimed the title by finishing fourth in the second of two races Sunday after winning Saturday's opening day of competition, Xinhua reports.
Two-time Formula 1 world champion Alonso ended Sunday's race in 18th place after failing to finish Saturday due to mechanical problems.
"It was a fun weekend and I hope the public enjoyed themselves as much as I did," Alonso said of the event which raised money for charity.
The race's previous winners include Felipe Massa (2006), Rubens Barrichello (2008) and Michael Schumacher (2007, 2009).
