The bodies of two youths who had been hacked brutally and their faces disfigured were found in the Bihar capital, triggering protest by locals, police said on Monday.
Police recovered the bodies of the two youths, in their mid 20s, from Nawada village near AIIMS Patna here on late Sunday night after being informed by some people.
Phulwari Police station officer in-charge Ajeet Kumar said that prima facie it appears that both had died after being attacked with sharp weapons on their neck and head.
According to police, the face of both had been disfigured with acid.
Police have lodged a case and begun investigations.
