Brazil international striker Diego Tardelli has received a lucrative offer to join a leading Chinese Super League club.
The unnamed club is said to have offered Atletico Mineiro six million euros for the 29-year-old and a monthly salary of $400,000, reports Xinhua.
Tardelli's chances of leaving Atletico have been heightened by the Brazilian outfit's mounting debt concerns, according to news portal Lancenet.
"Atletico rejected the first offer from the Chinese club but have not ruled out a sale if the price is right," the news portal said.
Tardelli scored 10 goals from 23 Brazilian Serie A matches in 2014 and was recalled to Brazil's squad by national coach Dunga in September.
