Brazilian midfielder Maicosuel has joined United Arab Emirates outfit Al Sharjah on a one-year loan deal from Atletico Mineiro, a media report said.
The 24-year-old former Udinese playmaker confirmed the move on his Instagram page on Tuesday, Xinhua news agency reported.
"I'm very happy, confident an motivated to begin this new chapter of my career," he said on the social media platform.
Atletico Mineiro are understood to have received about $500,000 for the deal.
Maicosuel becomes the third Brazilian in Al Sharjah's squad alongside Renato Caja and Mauricio Ramos.
