A bullet was found sent in the post to a primary school in Tobermore in Northern Ireland, said an official statement released Friday by the office of the first minister of Northern Ireland.
Another report from Britain's Sky News Friday said letter bombs were also spotted at postal sorting offices in Londonderry and Lisburn of Northern Ireland, while local media reported at least one of them was addressed to Maghaberry Prison in Lisburn.
The first minister and deputy first minister of Northern Ireland strongly condemned the bullet and the letter bombs sent in the posts as "utterly contemptible" and vowed to bring those responsible to justice, Xinhua reported citing the statement.
