The Chicago Bulls handed the Miami Heat their second straight loss after beating the defending champions 107-87.
The defence-branded Bulls turned the NBA game into a physical one, leading 49-27 in rebounds and 44-34 in points in the paint Thursday, reports Xinhua.
Carlos Boozer had a game-high 27 points. Taj Gibson added 19 while Joakim Noah had 17 points and 15 rebounds for the Bulls.
LeBron James led the Heat with 21 points. Michael Beasley made seven out of 13 shots to score 15 points.
The Heat next face the Minnesota Timberwolves.
