Canadian sprinter Andre De Grasse ran a wind-assisted 9.69 seconds to claim the 100-metre title at the Stockholm Diamond League meeting.
The 22-year-old promising star bagged his third successive Diamond League win (after Rome and Oslo) on Sunday in a time which could have topped this year's world list but was annulled for record purposes as the 4.8m/s wind assistance at his back exceeded the allowable limit of 2.00m/s, reports Xinhua news agency.
Ben Youssef Meite of Cote d'Ivoire was second in 9.84 with Ryan Shields of Jamaica coming in third on 9.89.
