Chile will play England in a friendly football match Nov 15 at London's Wembley Stadium, president of Chile's Football Association (CFA) Sergio Jadue said.
In a statement released by the CFA Thursday, Jadue confirmed "a contract was signed with the (English) football association," reports Xinhua.
"After defeating Ecuador and ensuring its place at the 2014 Brazil World Cup, Chile's national team led by Jorge Sampaoli will begin training for the match against the world's 10th ranked team," the CFA said.
Both teams have already qualified for next year's World Cup.
Chile's national team has since 2011 played Portugal, Spain on two occasions, Brazil and France, and will now play England in November. Next, the team will pit itself against Germany in March 2014 in Stuttgart, the CFA said.
