The national capital will have a clear Tuesday and the maximum temperature will be around 41 degrees Celsius, said the Met Office.
"The sky will remain clear throughout the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The day's minimum temperature was recorded at 26.5 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
Humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 48 percent.
Monday was warm. The maximum temperature was recorded at 39.9 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled down at 25 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
