Club Bolivar won Bolivia's Clausura first division title with a 1-1 draw at Nacional Potosi.
Marcos Riquelme, on Sunday, opened the scoring for the visitors in the 13th minute before Cristian Alessandrini equalised with 20 minutes left, reports Xinhua news agency.
The hosts were reduced to 10 men in second-half injury time when Uruguayan centre-back Martin Galain was shown a red card for a bad foul.
The title is Bolivar's second major trophy for 2017 after they clinched the Apertura title in June.
Sunday's result also earned the La Paz club a berth in next year's Copa Libertadores, South America's premier club competition.
