Iran's football club Tractor Sazi's interim coach Mohammad Taqavi parted ways with the team on Thursday.
The 47-year-old coach, who started his work as John Toshack's assistant coach at the Tabriz-based football club at the beginning of the Iranian Soccer Super League season, took the post as an interim coach in September, reports Xinhua news agency.
"I think it's time to say goodbye with popular soccer team Tractor Sazi. I wish you all the best for the future," Taqavi said.
Iranian media reports suggest that Taqavi will take charge of another football club of the Iranian Super League, Nassaji Mazandaran.
