Coal firm employee, Class 11 boy commit suicide in Jharkhand

An employee of Central Coalfields Limited and a Class 11 student committed suicide in two separate incidents in Jharkhand on Friday, police said.

The 32-year-old Senior Deputy Manager of CCL, Tanusri Hela, was found dead in her home in Ramgarh district. Police suspect she consumed poison.

A suicide note has been found which says that her body should be handed over to her parents but has no mention of the reason behind her step, police said. The body has been sent for postmortem.

Hela, who hailed from Allahabad district of Uttar Pradesh, had been living here alone for the last one year.

 

Meanwhile, Ankur Ambastha, a Class 11 student of Jawahar Navodaya Vidalaya in Koderma district, also committed suicide. The parents have alleged torture by the school administration.

A suicide note says: "I was like Einstein and Ramanujan. I am in double mind and what I am going to do is sin. I am responsible for the death."
