A policeman in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday carried an injured youth on his shoulders for around 1.5 km to admit him to a medical facility.

The youth, Ajit, had fallen down from a passenger train in Hoshangabad district.

Police in Bhopal was intimated about the incident and policeman Poonam Billaure along with driver Rahul Sakle reached the spot.

Finding it impossible to get the vehicle to the spot, Billaure put the injured man on his shoulders and ran towards a nearby medical facility as to not waste precious time.
