Following closely are Italian club Napoli's Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain, Spanish side Barcelona's Luis Suarez and Jonas Goncalves from Portugal's Benfica, with 26 goals each.
Fifth place is occupied by German giants Bayern Munich's Polish forward and the Bundesliga top goal scorer Robert Lewandowski (23), followed by Borussia Dortmund's Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (22).
