In a regulatory filing to the BSE, the company said that Dermoviva Skin Essentials Inc. has acquired 100 per cent share capital of the two personal care products companies on April 5.

"Accordingly, D and A Cosmetics Proprietary Limited; and Atlanta Body & Health Products Proprietary Limited have become step down wholly owned subsidiary companies of Dabur India Limited with effect from April 5," the BSE filing said.
