A 45-year-old businessman was shot at by unidentified men outside a bank and robbed of Rs.3 lakh he had just withdrawn, police said.
Vivek Sood, a resident of Gurgaon, was attacked by two men on a motorcycle outside a Punjab National Bank branch at Govindpuri area in south Delhi.
"They shot thrice at Sood, with one bullet hitting him in the abdomen, and sped away with bag containing cash around Rs.3 lakh," said a police officer.
Sood, who runs a garment business in Delhi, was taken to a nearby hospital where his condition was stable, said the officer.
