Delhiities experienced a sunny and hot Wednesday as the maximum temperature was recorded a notch above average at 34.9 degree Celsius. The Met office has predicted light rain Thursday.
"The skies will remain generally cloudy with very light rain in some parts of the city," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.
While the minimum temperature was also recorded a notch above average at 24.3 degree Celsius. The humidity wavered between a high and low of 82 and 52 percent respectively.
"Thursday's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degree Celsius," added the official.
Tuesday was sultry and the maximum temperature was recorded at 34 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year while the minimum was recorded a notch above average at 23.8 degrees Celsius.
