Delhi's Avinash Kumar clinched the junior snooker title winning all three round-robin matches at the National Billiards and Snooker Championship here Sunday.
Kumar kept the audience spellbound exhibiting excellent skills throughout the tournament.
A day back, he had broken into the top-four without losing a single frame.
In the round robin stage, he first defeated Karnataka's M.L. Laxman 4-1 and then got the better of Hritik Jain (Madhya Pradesh) 4-2, before carving out a facile 4-1 win over S. Shrikrishna (Tamil Nadu).
There was a three-way tie for the two remaining podium places among Hritik, Laxman and Srikrishna and on the frames average, Hritik came second while Shrikrishna finished third.
