The release date for Illumination Entertainment's "Despicable Me 3" will release in summer 2017.
Fans will be able to watch the third instalment of the successful franchise June 30, 2017, reports variety.com.
The first film of the animated series "Despicable Me", directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud, released in 2010.
The second film of the franchise, "Despicable Me 2", voiced by Steve Carell and Kristen Wiig, made a total of $935.8 million worldwide since it opened in July 2013,
Illumination Entertainment has also set the dates for two more productions.
A new version of "Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas" will release Nov 17, 2017 and an untitled animated comedy will hit screens in Dec 21, 2016.
