Leading real estate player DLF Ltd on Tuesday said it posted a a nominal rise of 2.8 percent in its standalone net profit for the second quarter of 2015-16, at Rs.227 crore as against Rs.220.74 crore in the same period last year.
According to the statement of unaudited standalone financial results posted on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company's total income from operations rose to Rs.868.73 crore from Rs.796.93 crore, while total expenditure in the quarter under review rose to Rs.396.34 crore against Rs.334.07 crore.
On a consolidated basis, DLF posted a net profit of Rs.131.50 crore in Q2 as against Rs.109.06 crore in last quarter, while total income from operations on a consolidated basis declined to Rs.1,865.49 crore compared to Rs.2,013.15 crore.
DLF incurred a total expenditure of Rs.1,071.13 crore in the analysed quarter on a consolidated basis against Rs.1,356.52 crore incurred in the same period the previous year.
