Argentine President Cristina Fernandez's doctors have advised her to rest for a month after they found a haematoma in a membrane in her brain, Fernandez's spokesman Alfredo Scoccimarro has said.
The haematoma was linked to an August incident in which the president sustained a head injury, Xinhua reported citing the spokesman's statement Saturday.
The haematoma was detected in a routine health check-up of the 60-year-old president, whose thyroid glands were removed last year after she was diagnosed with cancer.
