Nickelodeon star Drake Bell has been sentenced to 96 hours in jail for a DUI (Driving under the influence) arrest back in December.
According to tmz.com, the former "Drake and Josh" star struck a plea deal with prosecutors to serve the minimum sentence, which includes four years' probation and a mandatory alcohol education program.
Bell has got 96 hours in Los Angeles county jail.
The actor-singer was stopped by the county police on December 21 last year for driving erratically in Glendale, California, around 2:15 a.m. After being pulled over, the 29-year-old failed a field sobriety test. He was arrested and later released on $20,000 bail.
The sentence is mandatory since it's his second conviction. In 2010, Bell was convicted for a 2009 driving under the influence arrest in San Diego.
