Dream11 on Tuesday announced a four-year partnership with the Mumbai Cricket Association's (MCA) T20 Mumbai League. Dream11 is now the 'Official Fantasy Game Partner' of T20 Mumbai League.
After the successful debut in 2018, the second edition of T20 Mumbai League promises to take the tournament to a new level.
The partnership will commence with the start of the league. Through the partnership, cricket fans will not only enjoy the live cricket action but also create their own fantasy teams and compete with their friends on Dream11 for the 23 matches.
There will also be several Dream11 brand integrations and on-ground activations at various touchpoints during the league. All the matches will be played at the Wankhede Stadium, here.

Talking about the partnership, Dream11 spokesperson said, "We are happy to partner with the T20 Mumbai League, which is gaining traction among cricket fans not only in Mumbai but across our country. We strategically partner with sports leagues, so that together we can promote the growth of sports ecosystem in India. Be it international sports associations or city-based leagues, Indian fans are fast catching up on different levels and formats of cricket."
Commenting on the partnership, a Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) Official said, "T20 Mumbai League received a wonderful reception last year from Mumbai audiences. In its second year, we are pleased to come back with a line-up of eight teams, promising more exciting action. It has worked as the perfect springboard for Mumbai cricketers to shine on the big stage.
"As we chart our growth, we want to engage with our fans on digital platforms as well. Partnering with the biggest fantasy sports platform in India, Dream11 will help us in further increasing the popularity of T20 Mumbai amongst Mumbai and Indian cricket fans."
All matches will be screened live on Star Sports 3, and Star Sports 1 Marathi, including a few matches to be aired on Star Sports 2 & Star Sports 2 HD, in addition, to live streaming on Hotstar.
Over the last few years, the fantasy sports industry has grown exponentially in India. According to the 2019 IFSG-KPMG report, fantasy cricket is the most widely played (71% respondents).
