Congress MLA from Salepur constituency in Odisha, Prakash Chandra Behera, on Sunday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party here in the presence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
This comes a day after Behera resigned from the primary membership of the Congress citing 'neglect' and 'humiliation' by the leadership.
