Nau!, the Milan headquartered eyewear brand on Wednesday announced the launch of its product segments -- green eyewear and Hyaluronic Gel-based contact lenses for the Indian market.
The green eyewear collection is made of 96 percent recycled plastic material and is in line with company's commitment towards protecting the environment.
The announcement comes at the onset of the second store launch by the company in the Gurgaon region at Ambience Mall and promises a fusion of style and comfort. The new eco-friendly, colourful, funky, and quintessentially NAU! range includes both sunglasses as well as the optical frames that provide 100 percent UVA/UVB sun protection.
The contact lenses with Hyaluronic Gel helps re-hydrate the surface of the cornea, for improved comfort.
"India having the youngest population of the world is a great market and we believe that we can offer the best products to meet their needs," said Vaibhav Sharma, India operations and Strategy Head - Nau! and director at Trinity Group.
The new launch highlights "how fashion is not just about style but also conscience and a shared responsibility", Sharma added.
