Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro met Uruguayan former president Jose Mujica in Havana to discuss regional issues, the media reported.
During Saturday's meeting with Castro, Mujica expressed his concerns over the spreading Zika virus, Xinhua quoted a report on the Cubadebate website.
Mujica has been on the Caribbean island since the start of the week to attend a literary award ceremony and the International Conference "For everyone and for the good of everyone".
On Thursday, Mujica met Cuban President Raul Castro and the two discussed international and regional issues, according to Cuban television channels.
