FIFA president Gianni Infantino, will pay an official visit next week, between April 19 and 22, to Russia and Qatar, countries organising future editions of the football World Cups in 2018 and 2022, respectively.
FIFA announced on Friday that its new president will begin his two-day visit to in the Russian capital on Tuesday, where he will visit the Luzhniki stadium and hold several meetings with officials of the organsing committee of Russia 2018, reports Efe.
During his stay in Moscow, Infantino is also going to attend a special meeting on Wednesday with the board of the Russian Football Union where they are going to discuss preparations for the championship.
Following the meeting, the FIFA president will travel to Doha, where he plans to meet with Qatari government officials.
