A fire broke out at a plastic warehouse in Dunlop area in the northern fringes of the city on Saturday, but no casualty was reported, an official said.
"Twenty fire tenders have been pressed into service. The building has been evacuated and so far there are no reports of any casualty or anybody trapped inside the building. We are confident of bringing the fire under control," Director General (Fire Services) Sanjoy Mukherjee said.
